Morgan Web Solutions provides website design, hosting, SEO, and related digital services for small businesses. Each project will be defined by a written agreement, proposal, or estimate, outlining the specific scope of work.
Support is available during normal business hours (Eastern Time). I make every effort to respond to client requests in a timely manner, but response times may vary depending on workload.
To keep projects moving forward, clients agree to: Provide necessary content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Review work carefully before final approval. Ensure that any content provided (text, images, or other media) is properly licensed and free of third-party claims.
A deposit is typically required before work begins unless otherwise arranged. The remaining balance is due upon project completion, before transfer of ownership or launch.
Morgan Web Solutions stands behind the quality of work. If a client does not accept the final deliverable, they may request a 100% refund of payments made. While this situation is rare, I believe that projects should end on good terms, and no client should feel pressured to accept work they do not want.
Upon final payment, clients receive full ownership of the deliverables (such as website files, design, or content) unless otherwise agreed. Morgan Web Solutions retains the right to showcase completed work in a portfolio or as part of marketing materials, unless a client specifically requests otherwise in writing.
Some services may rely on third-party tools (e.g., hosting providers, plugins, analytics). While I make every effort to recommend reliable services, I cannot control or guarantee the performance or policies of third-party providers.
While Morgan Web Solutions strives to provide quality services and helpful resources, we cannot guarantee specific results from website design, hosting, SEO, or related services. Our blog articles are intended for general educational purposes and should not be relied on as guaranteed strategies for success. By using our services or applying information from our website, you agree that Morgan Web Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use—or misuse—of our services, blog content, or website resources.
Either party may end a project or service agreement with written notice. In the event of early termination, the client will be responsible for payment of work completed up to that point. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States. Changes to Terms Morgan Web Solutions reserves the right to update these Terms of Service. Any changes will be posted with a new “Last Updated” date.
